I was reading a magazine while waiting in the Jury Lounge today when I came across an article that was undoubtedly written by a baby boomer. This article explained trends of generation x'rs such as their ability to make a big stink about nothing, their use of shock value and insults, and flinging dry, hard-hitting humor around to handle todays issues. The tone was of an ignorant elderly person sitting in their rocking chair with eyes half closed commenting on how this country has gone down hill since segregation ended and women started voting. It was quite humorous that they only thing that these generation x folk had going for them(according to the article) was that they had technology on their side. I'm a little too young to be qualified as a bonifide generation xer; I think my classification falls in the "Lost Generation" category. But, I found the article both humorous and insulting at the same time. So I decided to start a blog. Because we kids today have technology on our side; and relevance is of no importance to us.
