A doctor and two nurses were arrested the other day on charges of murder during Hurricane Katrina while caring for patients at Memorial Medical Center. This of course has sparked a huge debate. Basically, you have the black and white debate (killing is killing is killing is killing), you have the they were heroes debate, and then you have the shut the fuck up unless you were there debate.
What a nightmare. On one hand I'm glad I haven't gotten a subpoena; I'm still trying to put this crap behind me, on the other I want to testify to all these jackasses who can sit pretty and point their crooked fingers at 3 employees who risked their lives by remaining at the hospital during and after Katrina. Foti can kiss me big ass.
Tonight will be the night I finish my Katrina post.
