Just to have an entry

I feel like maybe I should keep updating this more often...like a few of my fellow bloggers do. Alas, I am not renovating a house, nor am I in search of love, so the topics to write about are limited :)

Ok, here's my thought for the moment...I'm generally a laid back person, a good mediator, a good listener, and fairly intelligent. (don't judge that by my blogging!!!) I can listen to "the other side of the story" with a fair ear, in fact, I often need that other side in order to feel justified in having an opinion. Soooooo when someone accuses me of being WRONG, it just tends to rub me the wrong way since I am right 90% of the time. See, I even can admit it I'm wrong a wee 10% of the time. Anyhoo, today's lesson is that I need to be more open to the fact that sometimes I just need to shut the hell up, swallow my pride, and admit to my husband that I did, in fact, make a rude comment to him BEFORE he told me he was taking the car and leaving me in country land.

Alas, I would have said I'm sorry but I ran him over with said car.


But he's fine, really.
